BRENDAN BRADLEY Creator, Director, Hank Pitman
has an established track record of developing and producing independent, comedic content beginning Off-Broadway with the award-winning Goonies: The Musical and most recently for brands like Kimberly Clark and Post-It Notes. His first script, Jettison, received productions in Manhattan and Miami and is published by Desert Road Publishing. Brendan created Squatters based on his experiences being “between places” in New York City.

ERIK SCOTT SMITH Alex Selkirk
Known for his work in features like Cold Mountain, Garden Party, and A Walk To Remember; Erik makes his online comedy debut with Squatters as Alex, our loveable office lackey without a home.

COOPER HARRIS Julie, Co-Producer
Splashing onto the scene this summer in the cult sensation Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus and BET’s Doughboys, Cooper generously offered her talents as both an Award Winning Online Commercial Producer and an up-and-coming Ingenue.

SANDEEP PARIKH Supervisor Sam
Infamous as The Guild’s beloved “Zaboo” and Creator of Comedy Central’s raunchy The Legend of Neil, Sandeep brings his crass comedy to Squatters as Alex’s inappropriate supervisor, Sam.

CHRISTIANN CASTELLANOS Ramira
Christiann Castellanos plays the adorable, young cleaning woman, Ramira, whose feelings for Alex are lost in translation. Christiann can also be seen on Disney’s “Suite Life on Deck” and “Zeke and Luther”, she will soon be shooting the movie “Now” starring Justin Timberlake.

RYAN SYPEK Robert
The heartthrob from ABC Family’s Wild Fire and Sony Pictures’ Major Movie Star threatens Alex’s job as the office “Golden Boy.”

ANNA KOONIN Bar Girl
Known for her evil side on All My Children, Anna shows us the love as our heroes favorite bartender…and first sleepover.

STEFFANY HUCKABY The Secretary makes her online debut in Squatters! On the big screen she was most recently seen in the Sundance indie-favorite ADAM, released by Fox Searchlight Pictures. On the small screen she can currently be seen as the ditzy but lovable ‘Beth’ on ABC Family’s smash hit Greek.

Take 180′s My Date triple threat takes out some aggression as the MMA-lovin’ office temp who teaches Alex where to hit the showers.

MATTHEW MOY Hung
The newest addition to Scrubs and How I Met Your Mother, Matthew Moy ‘delivers’ a stand out performance as the young dry cleaning delivery guy who keeps Alex cleaned and pressed.

MARTY LODGE Larry Stein
Broadway’s Marty Lodge is instantly recognizable from his appearances on Grey’s Anatomy, Boston Legal, The Loop, Private Practice and Numbers. He is impressed by Alex’s “work ethic” after catching him after hours in his cubicle.

FRANK KRAMER Executive Producer
President & Founder of the Toad Hop Network, Frank gave Squatters a home as the first scripted series on Toad Hop Entertainment launching the show on the #1 subscription podcast channel in America. The THN has grown steadily sense the launch of the series and this year Frank invited Brendan & Erik to host their own spin-off podcast, The Squatcast.
MORGAN J. PEARSE Composer
Morgan was born and raised in Sligo, northwest Ireland. Classically trained in piano as a child, he attended Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music, graduating with a degree in Film Scoring. Upon moving to Los Angeles, he worked on the Danny Elfman-scored blockbusters Wanted and Hellboy II: The Golden Army, and was an assistant to Yuval Ron, composer of the Academy Award-winning West Bank Story.

Jenny is quickly becoming the Julie Weiss for the web (or the go-to-girl for online costume design). Our on-set-savior she always offers an extra hand in addition to keeping track of a hundred different tie swaps during multiple-episode shooting days.

Scott came on board during the Squatters mid-season hiatus to take the look and feel of the show to the next level. A recent graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Scott works for My Eye Media by day and moonlights as the Squatters magic maker. His expertise is “watching things.”
